Hi everyone! Another newbie!

Hi everyone! My name is Stephanie and I am going to have gastric bypass...hopeful in January!
I met with the surgeon already last week. I was set up with 3 nutrition appts, 1 physc evaluation, 1 with physical therapy, and at the very least 1 seminar. I also had to have a mammogram which I did today. So all these appointments take me to January 8 and I am hoping to have a surgery date soon after if not sooner! I live 2 1/2 hours away from everything I have to do, so since I will probably only get to the one seminar, I thought I would get support online and found this site! Awesome! Everyone has alot of good advice.

Thanks Pat99! Ok, found the online store, thanks! What I am wondering about is having to inject blood thinners??? Whats that about? And also the malabsorbtion issues~what does everyones dr. recommend there?
