I have been given a weight loss goal of 8lbs

I’m so excited to be almost ready for surgery. I had an appointment with my surgeon today and he told me to loose 8 lbs and to call him when I’m down three lbs so I can schedule to meet with the psychologist and by then I should be ready. I’m so happy to be almost there

Congrats! I like how he has you calling at 3lbs so you can make another appt. That's a really great way to keep you focused and motivated. Good luck.
