I'm 2weeksout of the gastric sleeve surgery and I feel weak and tired all of the time is this normal. I went shopping for groceries and had to sit

As Bill mentioned, you definitely need more water. Are you tracking your food? Ensuring you have enough protein and carbs is also important. If you aren't getting enough carbs, that may have an effect as well, but since you said you were only getting 32-40oz of water a day, dehydration does seem to be a likely culprit.

down there times because I felt weak and like I was going to pass out.
I am in the same boat as you. Tomorrow will be my 3rd week and I am still feeling very weak. I am close to reaching my daily fluid intake. My surgeon told me that I should start to feel better by week 4. He also said that my metabolism is still adjusting to my new diet of almost all protein. I hope I feel a major change because this exhaustion is the worst.

you helped a lot the YouTube videos I have been watching show everyone with lots of energy and exercising after surgery and I was feeling bad because I feel weak and tired so I'm glad to hear that someone else went through the same thing and is better now.
I felt weak and tired for a long time, too. It lasted for a while — 3 months post op. And then I was slowly able to start exercising. But I think finishing the blended food diets really helped me to feel more normal. The energy was not immediate at all, and still on some days I feel slow and tired — but that might just be the Covid emotions now. But I move my body for at least an hour every day now, and there was no way I had the energy to do that any earlier.

I was feeling really week and tired too. Has bypass surgery on July 20th. I wasn’t getting enough water so my sister suggested fresh brewed decaf iced tea with fresh lemon and Trevia. It tases really good and now I’m up to 45 ounces of fluids per day. Hope you feel better soon.
