I'm not, we grew up when processed foods were "the thing". I'll be the first one to admit that I'm lost in the kitchen. Basic cooking is all I've ever managed after growing up with processed foods and living on fast foods for so long.

Wow I am 51 but did not grow up on the processed foods. But I had a single parent and my grandma did our foods most of the time. That makes the difference

I’d say my mom, 80, eats more processed food now because she lives alone and it’s convenient.
