, keep old clothes and picture after her weight loss surgery?

I kept one shirt and one pair of pants for when I reach my goal for an after photo showing the difference, and then I'll get rid of them. The rest of my clothes have all been donated.

I haven't kept any old clothes. I wanted all the foul things out of my house. They only represent the abject failure of huge fatness.

Failure only really happens when we do not try at all. Everybody has likely had cycles and struggles with weight in life but never true failure or we wouldn't be where we are today.

Yes, so you can do a side by side. You'll be amazed at the difference when you do your before-and-after keep the pictures keep the clothes so that you can put them on and be so proud.

I would never throw out pictures, ever. They are quite literally visual memories of you and your life. I don't want to forget my life but eventually, if my loved ones want to SEE me again, the only way to do so will be through those pictures. So, please do not throw your pictures out. I donated my clothes. I had a professional closet and it is hard for women of a certain size to find decent, inexpensive suits. Although I did keep a few of my favorite summer dresses. If you can sew, you can resize them yourself or you can have a seamstress do it, if you have clothes with a print/material that you really love.
