Omg help!

I think i am experiencing my first dumping syndrome!!! I think I over ate and ate too fast at lunch. I have been in such pain since 1!!! Is there anything to help this??? How long does this last???? What is everyone's experience. ?..? Omg this is horrible

It feels like the biggest gas bubble ever!!! I am so bloated and can't even move or touch where my stomach is!!
Ugh, I'm sorry! I think that it will just take time. I never experienced that, hopefully others can help!

I'm sorry you are having issues I too had some over eating issues it usually took like 2 hours to go away. Try moving around i also burped a lot which helped. I am 4 months out and so far have not had the dumping syndrome yet. good luck just pay attention when your stomach tell you its full.

I just had a revision to my bypass because of complications. So far I have not had any dumping but I have had it before and the best thing for me was to BURP. Dear God I feel for you. I would get the sweats and feel the pain in my stomach and chest. I would always prey that I would throw up and for me throwing up was horrible but instantly I felt better.
how far are you out? Are you still measuring your food still?

Im 2 months out. Did u feel like it was a huge gas bubble. I just tried to make myself throw up and barely anything came out . It helped a very little now i am told.to drink alkaseltzer
I am so nervous I dont want to go to emergency

YES a HUGE gas bubble.
for me I was never able to drink anything during the dumping. I could not walk around I had to lay on the bed and have my head raised by pillows and just force myself to burp. Two things would happen it would subside on its own or I would start to get that feeling like I needed to spit and finally throw up.
you do not need to go to the ER. This will pass and I know it hurts like hell just be patient.
I just hit 11 weeks. Congrats on your surgery.

Oh I hear ya. What stage are you on?
I've been cleared to eat pretty much anything but like steak. I had baked vegetables and yogurt for lunch. Guess that was waaaaay to much. :(

I usually just go lie down for a bit when dumping hits. Not only can I better manage the nausea, but sometimes the change in position helps to get things like the gas bubble feeling to move.

Well I was up all night throwing up but I do feel a lot better!!! Thank god. I feel dizzy again which I'm gonna relate to dehydration. I'm so scared to eat or drink anything. I did have a protein shake for lunch and so far so good.
I am now feeling the results of heaving so much. My stomach feels so achy and my throat is killing me. I swear on everything I am never going to go through that again! Lesson learned.
Thank you to everyone that shared their experience I honestly would have went to emergency, I'm so glad I didn't.
