RNY with Hiatal Hernia repair

Anyone had this dual procedure? Any insight on what to expect post op?

Hi Sandy, I had RNY with hiatal hernia repair and I think the only difference was that I had a sore spot at the very top of my abdomen from the hiatal hernia repair? It did hurt but I don't remember for how long, maybe a week? Others have said it didn't hurt at all, I thought it was surprising but manageable.
