Throwing up and fever when got home day of discharge

I had robotic assist gastric bypass surgery February the 23rd 2026 the discharged me on the 25th of February and it was a 2-hour drive home and ever since I got home I've been running fever and throwing up and having pain deep called me another locations but it's not working so now they want me to come back in tomorrow for IV fluids to see the doctor could I have this something wrong

I would be concerned about infection. Ask them to run blood work.
