I just joined and I wanted to stop in and say hi

I had RNY surgery 5-9-12 and I am down 70lbs. :) and I am happy I made this decision in my life and now I have a chance to watch my 4 grandsons grow up.
 
Hi smokey, Welcome. It sounds like you are making great progress in your weight loss journey. I agree, my grandchildren are a great inspiration for me. Hope you continue to post and share what is working and any struggles you might be having. Sending postive vibes your way.
 
Smokey-Welcome to the forum. Great job with your weight loss :) :) :) Beautiful rose, is it from your garden??? I had to dig all my rose bushes up because they had black spot and I couldn't get rid of it :(
