I was told by my nutritionist to try the puree food I’m nervous about it
Just take any meal you eat and put it in a blender and puree it. I had a memorable Thanksgiving meal where I just mashed together some turkey, a little gravy mix powder, a splash of milk, some instant potato flakes and topped it with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. You didn't say what food stage you're at, but if your nutritionist told you to puree, I'm assuming you're at the soft or solid food stage.So I was told by my nutritionist to try some puréed food recipes I could use some that are good please and thank you
