So I was told by my nutritionist to try some puréed food recipes I could use some that are good please and thank you
Just take any meal you eat and put it in a blender and puree it. I had a memorable Thanksgiving meal where I just mashed together some turkey, a little gravy mix powder, a splash of milk, some instant potato flakes and topped it with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. You didn't say what food stage you're at, but if your nutritionist told you to puree, I'm assuming you're at the soft or solid food stage.
We have a recipes forum in this group, though I haven't found it very exciting. So just take the foods you like and puree them. It could be Mexican with rice & beans, salsa, some shredded cheese and a lettuce topping. Or you could make a faux quiche with eggs and cheese, onions, mushrooms, etc. that you puree. Or some clam juice, clams, bacon bits, milk and potato flakes to make a chowder. Just think about what you like and break it down into a recipe of your own creation, using a stick blender or beaters or food processor or a fork with some elbow grease.
As my dad always said when we were ooing and icking as he smushed all his food into a pile on his plate, "It all goes to the same place, so what's the difference?"
And I'm guessing if you enter "pureed food recipes" in an Internet search, you'd find hundreds of others.
