Struggling. Advice needed

I had my surgery August 12. 2025.
I started at 308. Im at 258. I am worried that I am not going to lose weight. I am trying to keep to the between 500 and 800 calories. I don't eat anything pre prepared. I work out 3 days a week at the local gym. When the therapy pool gets reopened I will be returning to the Aquatic aerobics class.
I don't just sit ideal. I am following 3 different apps that keep track of food, water and exercise.
I am post menopause age 54. My goal weight is 150. What do I need to do?
HI. I'm also a 54 yr old wls patient. How long has your weight loss been stalled? Are you having any other issues, like trouble with food getting stuck or feeling hungry all the time?

One thing I do is have my groceries delivered.
I also order my groceries delivered from Amazon Fresh & all my orders are saved online. I hate Amazon but agoraphobia prevents me from going to grocery stores, with the exception of Trader Joe's which is small and super-friendly. Plus, they have the foods I love, including their amazing protein powder. I recommend this for the early phases of post-op eating, including the liquid diet. Later, I add a half-banana or peach for semi-soft. You can add other nutritional powders as well. I cannot recommend this highly enough.
