I had my gastric bypass surgery in 2014. Lost 125 lbs, gained back 80, lost 55, gained back 40, now trying to lose the 60. I can't keep doing this. Why do we allow ourselves to gain back weight?

I had my surgery in 2012 and lost 180 pounds and gained back 50 lost 20 and gained back 15. I too am struggling. I have hated going into my kitchen and cooking anything I feel like if I do go in the kitchen I am going to just gain more weight back. I am taking GLP1 pills to help me lose weight but right now I have been stable at 185 and it just stays at the same weight. I am not eating because my mind tells me I am not hungry. I go to the store and look at the food telling myself yes buy this to make so I get it and it just sits in the refrigerator and goes bad, or I put it in the freezer and let it sit there. I made some Jello and month ago and it is still sitting in the fridge. I have to throw it out right. When I try and talk to my doctor or the weight specialist for the GLP1 meds they just tell me, "You have to eat to lose weight or we will take you off the medication." Wow, that really activates my anxiety and gets me upset. I do want to get back to making my meals like I use to and taking them to work and having them ready for me when I get home, but I feel like I don't have the support. I struggle with this every minute, every day, every month. I get worked up about food and when I have the opportunity to have something to eat it is something I really shouldn't have.
